Controlling Micro-forming
Vertical feed 0.005 mm/div (H mode) and multiple automatic feed settings (0.005–0.05 mm/stroke) ensure thickness correction is performed at a fixed resolution.
Expanding machining stroke
Longitudinal stroke 630 mm, transverse stroke 340 mm, 300×600 mm table; a larger surface machining range is achieved by matching the stroke with the grinding wheel coverage.
Controlling large workpiece load capacity
Maximum load capacity 270 kg; combined with a 300×600 mm magnetic suction platform, the workpiece load is evenly distributed to the table structure through the suction surface.
Forming adjustable grinding paths
Longitudinal table speed 7–23 m/min, transverse automatic feed 0.1–8 mm/min, grinding wheel 1440/1750 rpm; the grinding path density per unit area is changed by combining speeds.
