Features

Machine Coverage Expansion

The width of the grinding wheel/guide wheel has been expanded from 200 mm to 500 mm, combined with a 200 mm center height structure, extending the machining diameter range from 5–100 mm to 5–200 mm.

Micron-Level Feed

The minimum unit for guide wheel feed and grinding wheel dressing is 0.001 mm. A lead screw structure converts material removal into quantifiable micro-step control.

Geometric Error Convergence

The workpiece is not clamped or positioned. Supported by the grinding wheel, guide wheel, and support, the roundness and cylindricity results are primarily determined by the consistency between the dressing trajectory and the guide wheel movement.

Applications

Automotive Parts Machining: Used for continuous grinding of the outer diameters of cylindrical parts such as drive shafts, valve stems, and fuel injector needles, to achieve consistent outer diameter geometry in mass production.

Bearing Manufacturing: Used for machining the outer diameters of rollers and bearing rings, reducing the impact of clamping and positioning chains on cylindricity results through a clamp-free support method.

Hydraulic System Parts Machining: Used for machining the outer diameters of piston rods and valve cores, to reduce the impact of clamping deformation on the outer diameter shape in the machining of workpieces with a length-to-diameter ratio.

Precision Mechanical Parts Machining: Used for machining the outer diameters of guide pillars and optical shafts, to form stable linear motion mating contact surfaces.

FAQ

Q: How to select a grinding machine model to match the workpiece?

A: The selection is based on the workpiece's diameter and length range. Different machine models correspond to different grinding wheel and guide wheel width configurations.

Q: What are the requirements for the workpiece blank?

A: The outer diameter of the blank needs to have continuous contact to ensure that the guide wheel and grinding wheel can establish a stable feed trajectory relationship.

Q: What factors usually cause dimensional fluctuations in machining?

A: These are mainly determined by the guide wheel feed accuracy, the grinding wheel dressing condition, and the impact of the cooling system on grinding heat input.
