Both the minimum feed and dressing feed are 0.001 mm, ensuring that the amount of material removed in a single pass is minimal and directly affects dimensional deviations.
Wide diameter adaptability
Supports grinding diameters from 2 to 60 mm and, combined with guide wheel speed adjustment from 10 to 200 r/min, allows for adjustable linear velocity matching for workpieces of different diameters.
Contact angle adjustment
The guide wheel holder can be adjusted within the range of -2° to +5° vertically and -1° to +3° horizontally, thereby changing the workpiece force direction and axial feed component.
Continuous cooling and separation
A 50 L/min coolant flow rate, combined with a magnetic separation device, achieves heat exchange in the grinding zone and separation of ferromagnetic grinding chips.
